Do you want to gain hands-on experience in the public health field while living in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area? Apply to be a National Health Corps (NHC) San Francisco Member!
If you haven’t heard of us yet, in brief, NHC is an AmeriCorps National Service program that recruits, trains, and places paid volunteers in resource-limited organizations for a yearlong service term. With support from a grant from AmeriCorps, NHC's members help build healthy communities by providing essential health education and access services to individuals throughout the United States.
Applications for the 2022-2023 service term are now open!! To help you better wrap your heads around what NHC is, current NHC San Francisco members will be holding an information/Q&A session to share more about their health-related service and answer any questions.
